Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta, the top Audi Dealership in town and the #1 CPO Dealership in the nation, is seeking a full time Automotive Service Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and clever. We are looking for a very detail oriented multi-tasker with first class customer service skills. This is a high volume position.
The BDC Service Coordinator responsibilities include:
Respond to incoming calls to generate appointments for our Service Department
Make 100+ outbound follow-up calls daily to sell service appointments, confirm appointments and reschedule no-shows for our Service Department
Enter service appointments into scheduling system
Learn and have full knowledge of Audi brand products and services
Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction
The BDC Service Coordinator qualifications include:
Superior verbal communication skills
Strong focus on providing first class customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be available to work some evenings and some Saturdays
BDC, automotive service, or telemarketing experience is a required

Desired Qualifications:
3 -5 years European Highline mechanical experience
Current ASE Master Certification
High CSI is a must
Fix Right First Time focused
Ability to apply logical thinking and decision making based on procedures and guidelines supplied in the various task assignments
Flexibility to perform numerous tasks as requested
Basic computer skills
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check, Driving Record check, drug test, and possess a valid driver license
Responsibilities include:
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Ability to handle a busy work environment
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Document work performed
Attend factory-sponsored training classes
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
