I cannot say enough good things about your Audi sales, management and F&I team, especially Jeremy McLean. Jeremy worked creatively to get the 2 cars that my wife and I wanted. He negotiated a hard to find A4 Cab away from an out of state dealer's inventory at the port, and found an A6 equipped exactly the way my wife wanted it (no easy task), on the West coast. He then put a package together that was an acceptable price point. Tracie Dean and Rob Waggoner gave Jeremy all the support and concessions that he needed to close the deal. During some pretty challenging economic times, you clearly have a team that understands how to ensure that customers feel good about spending money. Thank you and continued good selling!!

Mr. Ellis We have been a customer of Jim Ellis for over 14 years and would not go anywhere else to service or buy our Audis. Chris has become our service person. He is very personable and tries very hard. I enjoy working with him. All I can say is that everyone from Eric and Paul in car loaner to the women at the check-out desk are all a delight to work with.Overall, as usual a good experience. Chris is the best and always accommodates me. The loaner car folks who all know me by name are great and always know that I do not want to deal with Enterprise and will have a car for me. They were great when my husband's Audi had to be towed and they came up with an Audi for us. Thanks for your great service. I do miss Kevin Connors, as he always went out of his way for us and made it his business to chat. Whenever Lee works on our car, I know that it will be done right. He also is great. I think that the level of customer service at the Audi Atlanta dealership is fantastic. I have a small baby and I needed to bring him in to the dealership when I recently visited to have the car battery replaced. I was helped immediately and my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. It was extremely helpeful to have such a nice and comfortable waiting area with water and food available. My overall experience was just great. If personal finances allow, I will always choose to purchase an Audi from Jim Ellis! Thank you!

I made my first purchase at Jim Ellis in 2007 and I was referred to your dealership by a friend who had made purchases there before. I was referred more to your sales person, Jeremy McLean, than the dealership itself as my friend had a great experience with Mr. McLean. After meeting Jeremy I was real comfortable about my purchase and recently when it came time to make another purchase I came back to Jeremy again. Jeremy is the main reason that I became a return customer to your establishment and to be honest with you Nalley Audi in Roswell/Alpharetta is about 10 minutes away from both my work and home and they were giving me the same deal as your dealership but I would much rater deal with Jeremy McLean and both times I have made a purchase with him he has had the perfect car for me. It is like he knows I am coming in and always has the exact car that I want, with all the options and colors, on the ship and coming to port. I also met Rob Wagonner 4 years ago when my friend made a purchase there and even though I did not deal with him directly except the financing part he also made a great impression on me 4 years ago and I consider him a great asset to the Jim Ellis franchise. "I bought my first Audi in December 2003 at Jim Ellis. I am on #2. From day one the service and support has been excellent. What strikes me the most after 6 years is that I see the same familiar faces when I walk in the door, and they know my name. The fact that your staff does not turn over every 6 months says a lot about the Jim Ellis organization. Chris and Rick have treated me like family over the years -- through the good times and through the hard times. Last year I spent about $1500 in repairs and maintenance on my car. It is hard times now, and I dont have that kind of money. Rick realized that this past week and did what needed to be done. When the hard times are behind us, you can be assured that I will trade up -- and it will be with Jim Ellis. I just wish my bank had the same ethic about how to treat their customers."

I purchased my vehicle from your dealership about 2 years ago. Throughout that time Rick has always taken care of my service related needs and questions. Audi pretty much sells itself, but what makes your dealership special is the people you have staffed in that particular department. We had a late pickup (near closing time) of our vehicle as it was delivered from out of state, however Luka stayed well after closing to show us all the features of our Q5 in depth (spent almost an hour teaching us all the different buttons and voice commands), especially the MMI technology and for that we are very thankful as it has been alot easier using the system than having to thumb through the owners manual and reference guide.
