Patrick Wolff was the perfect, professional salesperson. I could not imagine a better buying experience at a dealer. He worked with me prior to the sale, guided me through the process long-distance, and efficiently closed when we were there. Patrick's enthusiasm for his job is obvious, and he took the time to show me all the details and features before we left. His service was greatly appreciated. While we were waiting for our appointment (we were early), the staff was courteous, and not only provided us with coffee, but even gave my daughter a toy to keep her busy.

Besides being an expert in his field, he has the perfect demeanor for working with customers in resolving and preventing possible problems. In fact, I recently purchased a used Audi at your dealership, and without Ken's expertise, I would have been dead-in-the-water just a few miles down the road. Ken resolved the electrical problem, and I've driven over 600 trouble-free miles since. Please pass on my personal thanks to him for a job well done.
